A pre-owned PECO SL-E792 BH O Gauge Medium Radius Left hand turnout, electrofrog.  Some sleeper damage, very good box.

Although someone has written Right on the box, it is definitely a left hand point.  The sleepers have a very slight touch of what looks like overspray from scenery, a very slight greenish tint.
